I’d find myself flowing through a chapter or two at a time on the train on the way to work, smiling, sometimes near I’m a yoga teacher in training, and I received this book lwsater a gift from the yogi who will be teaching me. Although not all her life decisions presented in the book would work for everybody, the overall idea of the book is very healthy and useful for any yoga practitioner.
